Cancellation Policy
No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total. This fee must be paid before rebooking.
I understand that life happens—if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
No extra people or children allowed unless approved by service provider.
There is a strict 15-minute grace period.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. In this case, 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
